Rodizio Grill Provo

Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through the Rodizio Grill dining experience, explaining how our tableside meat service and gourmet salad bar work.
• Take accurately fulfilled beverage, cocktail, specialty drink, and dessert orders.
• Maintain complete knowledge of our menu, including wine pairings, Brazilian cocktails (Caipirinhas), salad bar offerings, and dietary accommodations.
• Collaborate closely with Gauchos (Meat Servers), bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure table pacing and service flow.
• Manage guest checks accurately using our POS system and process card payments.
• Maintain table cleanliness, anticipate guest needs, and address inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous serving experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic table maintenance protocols.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food/beverage trays throughout an entire shift.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol ,21+ as required for Utah State.
