About the Job
Rodizio Grill, the original Brazilian Steakhouse in America, is seeking energetic, high-personable, and team-oriented individuals to join our dining room team as Meat Servers (Gauchos)!
As a Gaucho, you are the star of the Rodizio Grill dining experience. You will carve and serve freshly roasted meats directly to guests tableside in authentic Brazilian style. If you enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a unique culinary tradition, this is the position for you.
No prior Gaucho experience is required—we provide full paid training!
Responsibilities:
- Carve and serve a variety of freshly roasted meats directly to guests' tables according to traditional Brazilian rodizio service.
- Engage warmly with guests, explaining different cuts of meat, preparation styles, and answering any menu questions.
- Monitor guest cues and dining preferences to deliver an attentive, memorable dining experience.
- Safely handle hot skewers and sharp carving tools while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with prep work, kitchen coordination, and maintaining clean work stations.
- Support front-of-house team members (servers, bussers, and kitchen staff) to ensure smooth dining room operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting in front of guests.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy skewers for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to help colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
